recipe

ingredients 

4 large potatoes
4 large onions
2 tablespoons butter
grated cheese
Slices of Emmental
parsley
pepper
Sal





procedure 

First, chop the onions and potatoes into slices and formed alternating a sandwich with another slice of onion potato ending with onion and potato. Repeat the process with each onion and potato.

Then, in the center of each sandwich we add a slice of Emmental. Above each sandwich we add butter and a little grated cheese, parsley, pepper and salt.

Finally, wrap the sandwiches in foil and heat them in the oven at 180 for an hour. Upon removal from the oven we can take them salt and pepper to taste Consumer
